Wat vinden ze belangrijk in een zakenrelatie? Hoe nemen ze beslissingen? Dit is de kennis die u nodig heeft om effectief zaken te doen.
Wij zullen namelijk unieke kansen mislopen als wij vanuit vooroordelen en steriotyperingen denken en beslissingen nemen.
De vraag die wij ons als ondernemer moeten stellen: hoe kunnen wij een brug slaan naar dit type ondernemers / klanten?
